1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, accessing, or using Lendoproperties (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

   • Registration

     To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

   • Account Security

     You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

   You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the App to engage in any activity that could harm the App, other users, or any third party.

5. Property Listings

   LendoProperties allows users to list and search for apartment rentals. Users who list apartments (Agents) are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in their listings. We perform addtional checks to ensure the information provided are accurate and in the event that it is deemed inaccurate we may remove such content.

6. Fees and Payments

   Certain features of the App may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

   All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by Lendopropeties or its licensors. You may not use any content without prior written permission. Users who list apartments through LendoProperties (Agent) must ensure proper ownership or permission to do so.

8. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability

9. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall LendoProperties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
